Elite boys should be pushed up one two three age groups depending on ability.
Elite Program
The Elite Training program is designed for players that possess unique talents and characteristics – both the passion and the ability. The unique talents are the player’s technical abilities within the game of soccer. This individual is gifted and consistently performs in the top percent of their respective team both in games and training. The unique characteristics are traits such as desire, dedication, self motivation, intelligence, punctuality, and leadership to name a few. In a nutshell, he/she has a passion to excel. The Elite program is open to all ages but is limited to those players selected by the head coach.
Blue Friday
This program is a combination of a multitude of programs offered by a club. The goal of having this type of program is to promote club unity. A local club should choose their best three or four programs and then host them all in one place at the same time, most often on Fridays. This allows the kids to see and notice that they are apart of something bigger. When players and parents see this, they will find more passion for their club.
Preseason Friendlies

This program targets all adults interested in learning and enjoying the game of soccer. The goal of RASL is to educate recreational coaches, parents and anyone interested in getting more out of the game through both teaching and creating a competitive environment. The sessions run for Multiple consecutive Fridays during the playing seasons. It is recommended that each session is 75 minutes with the first 30 minutes scheduled for training and drills, and the last 45 minutes for league play. The trainings are designed so that the participants learn basic skills and drills that can be easily translated into the coaching of recreational players and a better understanding of the game. New training topics will be introduced each week. The league is designed to create a fun and competitive environment allowing participants to get match experience. The men's league will be 7v7 and the women will play 4v4. Through RASL, we hope to create an environment where the love of the game is passed from one generation to the next!

Alumni week should be 4-5 days of soccer, and should be advertised on Social media and on email so they word can get out to all Alumni to come and play great soccer.
