Pre Professional Teams
USL League and the Women's Premier Soccer League is the highest level of pre-professional soccer in the U.S. Top performing collegiate aged athletes play for these teams. This is the level of competition that prepares our Rush athletes to become pro's.
United Soccer League - Women's League
The USL W League serves as the nation’s premier pre-professional league developing the next generation of women’s talent both on and off the field, enhancing the women’s soccer pipeline between college and professional soccer. With 44 teams across 20 states in its inaugural season, the USL W League will bring elite women’s soccer to communities across the U.S., creating more opportunities to play, watch and work in the women’s game.

The Women's Premier Soccer League, established in 1998, is an amateur women's soccer league in the United States and Canada. The WPSL strives to provide the highest level of developmental opportunities for amateur players and team rosters consist of highly skilled female players from collegiate, post-collegiate, international, and stand-out prep athletes.

The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) was formed in 2011 and is a National “Pro Development” (amateur) soccer league for Men, Women, and Youth. It is designed to provide players, coaches, and fans with a highly-competitive year-round playing. The UPSL is the largest Pro Development League in North America with more than 325 teams.

National Premier Soccer League
The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is one of the largest established men’s soccer leagues in the United States with over 90 teams competing across the country. The NPSL is a successor to the Men’s Premier Soccer League (MPSL), which was formed in 2002. The NPSL is a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and is thereby affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). The NPSL’s cooperative and turnkey ownership platform has led to its explosive growth, countless player development opportunities, and commitment to grow the game in the United States.

Club Champions League
PRO23 becomes the apex of the Club Champions League Player Development Pathway. PRO23 provides former CCL players and current collegiate players an opportunity to find professional, meaningful training as well as superior competition during the summer months, (during their off-season) all while preparing them for a successful collegiate season in the fall. The CCL has over 1,000 student-athletes playing collegiate soccer at all levels.
