Train at Home is a Rush Soccer player development program that gives players guided training they can do on their own time. Each track focuses on a specific area of development, helping players build skills, stay motivated, and take ownership of their growth outside of regular team training.

Looking for a new goal each month? The Monthly Challenge gives players an extra way to stay active, sharpen their skills, and put their training into action. Each month features a new video challenge that players can complete on their own time. It is a simple way to stay motivated, build consistency, and keep training fun.
