The U16 Maryland Rush Montgomery started the final day of group play off well with a 3-0 win over Penn Legacy (PA-E) and won their group with a 2-0-1 record. Next up will be Brentwood SC Pride (NY-E).

New Jersey Rush is thrilled to advance one of their two teams to the semi-finals as the U16 girls racked up enough points with today's 1-1 draw with West Virginia Chaos (WV) to earn top spot in their group and advance to play Beading City Wolfpack (PA-W). With any luck the 2 U16 Rush girls teams will have an 'All-Rush' showdown in the finals for a trip to Nationals! Good luck to both!

Delaware Rush came into Region I Championships with 12 teams looking to be crowned as Regional Champions. After round robin games, four continue to chase that dream! The U14 and U15 Boys both advanced as group winners as the 14's (2-0-1) drew 1-1 today with Northern Steel Bayern (PA-W) and the 15's (3-0-0) swept their group finishing with todays 2-0 win over Black Watch Burlington of Vermont. The 14's advance to take on FSA FC Navy (CT) while the 15s will be matched up against Malboro SA Warriors Blue (NJ) who were the lone team in the age group to not allow a goal in round robin play.

On the girl’s side, the defending Regional Champions from last year have safely navigated round robin play as the U13 DE Rush girls won their bracket 2-1-0 despite a 2-0 loss today at the hands of MCU Portland (ME). The champs will look to return to their second straight regional championship game when they play Greater Birmingham FC (NY-W). The final team heading into the Semi-finals is the U15 DE girls (not pictured above) who won 2-0 today on their way to a perfect 3-0-0 record and a matchup with Loudon Red (VA).

Good luck Rush Teams!
