ECNL Teams Head to Dallas
The third National Event for the 2012-13 Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) season is set to take place in Frisco, Texas February 22-24 and 11 Rush teams will be in attendance. Below, directors for the three Rush clubs in the ECNL, Colorado, Texas and Virginia, preview the weekend.
COLORADO RUSH ECNL
“This weekend represents an excellent challenge for our teams," said Colorado Rush Technical Director Erik Bushey. "We are coming off of a good winter season of training but unfortunately one filled with few competitive matches. The positive side to that is our players will be hungry for the real match play. The 15’s and 16’s play some of the toughest games at the event and will need to be at their best to come out on top. For sure all four teams have games that will test them. Results will certainly impact our standings one way or another but more than anything we want to perform at our highest level possible, play attractive soccer for those who are watching and to begin our spring on a positive note.”
