Position: Director of Coaching

Position Description: The Iowa Rush Soccer club is seeking a Director of Coaching for the club that will assist the Executive Director in the oversight of the entire coaching branch of the club to provide a quality soccer experience for players, volunteer coaches and parents that ties into the Iowa Rush Philosophy, Curriculum and Programming.  This position requires the oversight of coaching education for the entire club along with coaching placement.  The Director of Coaching will be responsible for many aspects within the coaching branch of the club including referee coordination, tournament oversight, player evaluations and the overall well-being of the coaches, volunteers and players of the club.  He/She must possess an ability to manage employees as well as volunteers.  The Director of Coaching must be organized, self-motivated and possess an extensive background in soccer.  Run training sessions for players, instruct coaches, educate parents.
