Deposit Refund Policy: The booking deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation before 11:59pm Eastern Standard time on Sun Jul 14, 2013. The booking deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel your reservation after 11:59pm Eastern Standard time on Sun Jul 14, 2013 or in the case of a no-show**. (**A no-show is the failure to show up to the hotel on the date you are set to arrive.)

Teams needing rentals are required to rent through our corporate partnership with Avis / Budget.

Final COUNT AND PAYMENT for vans will be due July 1st, 2014.
Drivers must be 18+.
The driver names you list on your reservation must match your license.
Extras (GPS, fuel service, etc.) is not covered by Rush Soccer and you will be billed for any of these additional services.
Drivers are responsible for replenishing fuel before returning the vehicle. Any additional fuel charges, aside from filling the tank, that Avis / Budget charges to our account will be billed to your drivers.
Drivers are responsible for returning vehicles on time. Late fees will be billed to your drivers.
Prices below include insurance and all applicable fees.
Minivans: $78/day. Seats 7.
12 Passenger Vans: $135/day. Seats 12.
Economy cars: $52/day. Seats 4-5.
