For the first time in club history, the decision was made to honor the top male and female senior players at each branch within the Rush Organization. High School and College sports acknowledge 'All 
Americans' but this is Rush! We are global! But rather than 'All World', we wanted to keep the recognition about the club, so the 'All Rush Team' was born. Nearly every US based club participated and several international partners nominated players as well.
"The All Rush team shows the talent that is in every club regardless of size or location. Whether Alaska, Hawaii, New Zealand or Gambia, the Rush takes pride in recognizing all of our players," said Rush Soccer Coaching Education Director Nik Penn who launched the new program.
